The task was clear - to deliver a roll of cable weighing three tons to Sicily. A third-party company organized by the client and responsible for unloading was supposed to be waiting on site. However, after reaching the destination, it turned out that its representatives did not keep their word and simply did not arrive. The situation caused dissatisfaction with our client, because it held up the work and exposed him to additional costs. Such situations are difficult, but they allow us to prove ourselves. Within 2 hours we found a subcontractor with a crane. After 5 hours, he showed up on site and unloaded the goods. With this, we once again confirmed that we are a reliable partner and know how to deal with adversity.
