Every day, we tackle complex transportation challenges - and always go the extra mile.

Challenges:
Unexpected change in order realities
The need for rapid emergency response
We received an order to deliver the goods to a freight ferry to depart from a port located in the south of France. Having arrived on time to the place for unloading, our driver realized that he had received incorrect data from the shipowner about the departure of the ferry, which was already at sea. We launched our crisis headquarters, we received information about another port in Italy where the ferry was to moor before leaving for a cruise towards South Africa. There was time for contact, but we managed to “catch up” with the ferry and make a successful loading in Italy.

Challenges:
Difficult mountain terrain
The need to transfer goods to lighter cars for delivery
The order required us to deliver the goods to the wind turbine itself at an altitude of more than 2000 m. After reconnaissance, we came to the conclusion that access to the turbine itself is not possible with the help of a heavy van. Armed with this knowledge, we organized a transhipment at the base of the mountain slope, during which the goods were transferred to a “plate” type van and safely delivered to the required place.

Challenges:
The customer ordering the transport did not know the destination
We always try to be one step ahead of reality and solve problems before they arise. This was the case with transport, whose destination was to be Norway. The customer ordering the transport did not know about it and was convinced that the transport was to go to Poland. We contacted the recipient and after asking a few questions it became clear that Poland is not going to be the destination of unloading — it is supposed to be Norway, and transporting goods around Poland will be a waste of time and a budget burn. Therefore, we offered our client a modified transport route, solving a problem that has not yet arisen.

Lack of wheeled access to the unloading site
We always try to be one step ahead of reality and solve problems before they arise. This was the case with transport, whose destination was to be Norway. The customer ordering the transport did not know about it and was convinced that the transport was to go to Poland. Sometimes our logisticians and drivers have to show a lot of creativity and determination to deliver the goods to the required place. Such a scenario occurred when we were asked by a customer about the possibility of delivering goods to one of the Venetian islands, which is characterized by the inability to travel on wheels or use a freight ferry. After a short analysis, we accepted the order and in order to meet it, we arranged for our driver two massive gondolas, which, upon arrival, were ready to load the goods and the pallet truck. After a short and very relaxing gondola ride, the driver unloaded the goods on the island with the recipient and after asking a few questions it became clear that Poland is not going to be the destination of unloading — it is supposed to be Norway, and transporting goods around Poland will be a waste of time and a budget burn. Therefore, we offered our client a modified transport route, solving a problem that has not yet arisen.

Challenges:
No possibility of unloading at the place of delivery
The need for rapid emergency response
This was to be one of many standard transports for one of our regular customers. We transported a roll of cable with a total weight of three tons. An external company was expected to be waiting on the spot to help unload the goods. After arriving at the place, unfortunately, it turned out that the company, which undertook to unload the goods, did not keep its word. Our client did not hide his dissatisfaction and apologized for the confusion. We like these situations, they allow us to show ourselves. It took only 2 hours for our transport service department to find the subcontractor operating the crane, who arrived at the unloading site in just 5 hours with the equipment to unload the goods. Once again, we were able to save our client from a waste of time, resources and nerves
